Terms of Service

HyredFast is operated by Arpit Abhyankar, sole proprietor, trading as Webease Tech, trading as Webease.tech, registered at Vardhman Nagar A, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India, GSTIN 08DQPPA8311G1ZU. These terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account you accept them.

HyredFast helps you run job-search outreach. You connect your own mailbox, write your own emails, add the people you want to contact, and we send on a schedule you set and track the replies.

Emails are sent from your mailbox, as you. We do not send on our own behalf and we do not provide the recipients. Everything that leaves is written by you and addressed by you.

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
• One person per account. Do not share your login.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything sent from a mailbox you connected.
• Give accurate details, and keep your email address current so we can reach you.

This is the part that matters most, because the mail goes out under your name and from your mailbox. Your reputation is the one at stake.

• Do not use purchased, scraped or rented contact lists. Contact people you have a genuine reason to write to.
• Do not email anyone who has asked you to stop. We honour unsubscribes automatically, and you must not work around that.
• Do not send bulk marketing, promotions, or anything unrelated to your own job search or professional outreach.
• Do not misrepresent who you are, forge headers, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content.
• Do not connect a mailbox you are not authorised to use.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact. We give you the tools; we cannot know whether a given recipient is someone you may lawfully write to.

• One credit is one email sent. Credits are bought up front and spent as you send.
• Credits belong to a plan term. Unused credits expire when that term ends and do not roll over.
• Prices are shown exclusive of tax. 18% GST is added at checkout, and the total payable is shown before you pay.
• Payment is handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We cap how many contacts can be in flight at one employer at a time. That limit exists to protect your own deliverability, not to ration the service: too many cold emails into one recipient domain is what gets a sender flagged. We may adjust limits where needed to protect users or the service.

We aim to keep HyredFast running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at a provider we depend on, or problems with a mailbox you connected can all interrupt sending. Where a failure is ours and it costs you sends, contact us and we will make it right in credits.

You can stop using HyredFast at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly the acceptable-use rules above, or where continuing would expose other users to harm.

If we close your account for a breach, unused credits are not refunded. If we close it for any other reason, we refund the unused balance.

Your emails, contacts and documents remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that content, to send the messages you ask us to send, and to display it back to you.

HyredFast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunities, or for anything arising from how a recipient responds to an email you sent. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction.
